My fee for a session is based on a three part plan. 

Brief Treatment plans are 30 minutes for $65.00, 

Comprehensive Treatment plans are 60 minutes for $95.00

and

Enhanced Treatment plans are 90 minutes for $150.00.

Insurance

I am currently a provider for the following insurance companies

Blue Cross and Blue Shield 

It has been my experience that other carriers will sometimes accept me as an “out of network” provider. However, if I am not listed as a provider for your insurance company, it is your responsibility to find out if your insurance company will accept me as an “out of network provider” prior to our first session.
